The coach(es) at Bamboo Wellness, LLC are not a HIPAA covered entity but we take reasonable measures to protect any health or fitness information you choose to share with us. Client's may authorize Bamboo Wellness, LLC, in writing, to share information with their healthcare provider(s).

This Privacy Policy covers all personal data collected and used by Bamboo Wellness, LLC including: name, age, mailing address, email address, phone number, credit card number, preferences expressed to the coach(es), comments and questions, and technical information when accessing our website. The Privacy Policy will also include body composition markers such as: height, weight (including obesity information), workouts and nutrition, etc. that client's choose to disclose to us in all forms of communication, on this website, in the app, or through pictures shared with us.
